Urban Photo Awards 2025 Selection - Trieste Photo Days

It is with great joy that I announce that one of my photographs has been selected for the international Urban Photo Awards 2025 competition !

This prestigious competition, which this year brought together more than 5,000 photographers from around the world, celebrates the richness of the urban environment , but also and above all the humanity that inhabits it . The Urban Photo Awards explores the city in all its forms: its architecture, its spaces, its inhabitants, its unexpected details, and the emotions it can arouse.

Divided into several selection phases and distinct categories : Streets, People, Spaces, Creative, Portfolio, Book, Matt Black Selection and Arena U35. My photo falls into the first category as a singular image.

Being selected at this stage is already a great recognition, as is being part of this photographic adventure alongside so many talents.

The rest of the competition will take place over the next few days, with several stages to come; namely the editors' choice and the finalists by the end of July, and the list of winners by September. The awards ceremony will take place on October 24-26. I will, of course, keep you informed of the progress.

Update:

I've been confirmed that I will have a spot on the exhibition walls during the Festival from the 24th to the 26th.

Update July10th 2025:

New step in the competition to announce people who had opportunity to be sem-finalist . I proudly say that I am a part of them.
